Making an appointment

Neurology Associates of Kansas is a referral-based clinic. All new appointments are scheduled through your primary care physician, who arranges the appointment and notifies you of the expected time. Follow-up appointments are scheduled before leaving the office. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies do arise. If we are delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.

In addition, we also serve patients through telehealth. Get the care you need from the comfort of your own home by scheduling a telehealth visit.

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

New patients

New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. We make every effort to mail new patient forms to your home address prior to appointments. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking and your insurance card to your appointment. If you have been given a CD of a recent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or electroencephalogram (EEG), please bring the CD to the appointment with you.
